Scope, usage rights and timeline are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Usage rights
Posting the finished videos on your own channels is included, with no time limit, and our rights in the finished videos pass to you on payment in full. Running studio-made videos as paid ads, whitelisting and exclusivity are quoted as separate lines, so there are no surprises. We show your work in our portfolio only with your written permission. The signed agreement controls.
What we will not do
- Promise results, sales or reach
- Use AI presenters or synthetic voices by default
- Make claims about your product that you cannot support
